Rome, in particular, is a wonder of its own as it is a city stuck in between modernity and the preservation of its own Heritage. Rome lives in an existential struggle to accommodate to the advances of this world yet it is desperately trying to keep its historical ruins and monuments from crumbling. This summer school is a once in a lifetime chance to physically live the Italian culture and experience the life of those who managed to keep a balance between their history and their future.
