2. Control & Ad Waste Reduction – Week 2

Managing advertising campaigns with a limited budget and outperforming competitors, with practical steps to launch a successful real estate campaign on Facebook and using Google Ads intelligently to increase sales.

3. Dashboard (Tracking & Analytics) – Week 3

Optimizing budget usage with Google Tag Manager, tracking visitor behavior and key events, building smart tracking systems, integrating tools, and a case study on retargeting to increase sales with a low budget.

4. From Analysis to SEO Leadership – Week 4

Introduction to Google Analytics, analyzing traffic sources and user behavior, creating professional reports, improving organic search visibility, understanding why real estate websites disappear from Google, and strategies to improve SEO ranking.

5. Fixed Assets (SEO Sustainability) – Week 5

Selecting real estate keywords, improving website ranking through competitor analysis and SEO strategies, writing professional meta descriptions, using Rank Math, along with post-publishing strategies and email marketing to convert messages into deals.

6. Profit Machine (Closing & Graduation) – Week 6

Writing effective real estate emails with optimized timing and delivery, building a strong mailing list, comparing performance with digital ads, setting up MailerLite, and executing complete email campaigns from planning to implementation, along with a comprehensive graduation project.

Second: Level Two – AI-Powered Real Estate Marketing Systems Level

Phase 1: Building Digital Assets (Website & Visual Identity)

Preparation of rich content requiring creative use of Gemini and Canva, in addition to visual elements from the first day.

Phase 2: Data Foundation

Setting up tracking tools (GTM & GA4) and mastering numbers, leading to strategic decisions that save marketing budget.

Phase 3: Content & Marketing Industry

Building a systematic approach for attracting clients and generating leads, and mastering email marketing without direct human intervention.

Phase 4: Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Launching Google search campaigns and optimizing organic visibility, while eliminating inefficient ads and reducing acquisition cost.

Phase 5: Advertising & Optimization

Managing Facebook Ads, Instagram, and Meta platforms, and using Gemini for content optimization and campaign performance enhancement.

Phase 6: Graduation Project
