IEREK is proud to announce its collaboration and involvement in the FOP project that is supervised by ENPI, Cross Border Cooperation in the Mediterranean (CBCMED) and funded by the European Union, to ensure a great quality of work.
The FOP project mainly aims to shine a light on areas within the Mediterranean Basin and their many historical centers situated in the inner territories rather than solely focusing on coastal resources as a way of offering an interesting background for the growth of tourism.
And so, specific sites were selected for it such as Italy (Lazio, Basilicata, Campania), Egypt (Alexandria), Spain (Córdoba), Malta (La Valletta), Palestine (Bethlehem), Tunisia (Mahdia) and Lebanon (Byblos).
