Engineering, Technology and Innovation are notably separate; however, they are also interrelated and work together to create new and innovative solutions to a myriad of challenges such as environmental, healthcare, manufacturing, and economic challenges, to name a few. As the world evolves, these challenges evolve as well, prompting scientists, engineers, technologists and innovators to continuously look for solutions to target current and future issues. Some topics that fall within this field include Biotechnology, Nanotechnology, Sustainable Engineering and Innovation Management, to name a few.
Research in this field is also significantly important as it serves as a valuable tool to advance knowledge. The advancement of knowledge and the development of solutions through research in this field can also be reflected through the impact they have on the decisions of policymakers as it provides them with evidence-based solutions to countless of problems.
In order to develop further opportunities for individuals interested in Engineering, Technology and Innovation as well as expanding its existing but ever-growing research, IEREK has decided to provide said individuals with iDirect. iDirect, a platform that not only speeds up the publication process but also continues to uphold and maintain the quality of the research that it receives, will hopefully provide individuals with more opportunities to further develop and enhance many fields of science.
Submissions under this particular interdisciplinary field are open to publication on any of our three book series of which are Advances in Science, Technology and Innovation (ASTI), Sustainable Civil Infrastructures (SUCI) and Sustainable Landscape Planning and Natural Resources Management (SLNR).
Conditions:
Please note the following important points before proceeding with any potential submissions:
• Please note that while iDirect is intended to be swifter with the publication process of scientific research, a specific standard of research will continue to be maintained.
• Papers are to be published granted they fit within the scope.
• Papers are to be published granted they are accepted in both initial and final stages.
• Kindly note that the submission fees are non-refundable as they are Article Processing Charges (APCs); therefore, they cannot be recalled.
