Chen-Tung Arthur Chen

Arthur obtained his Ph.D. degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, M. Arch. from North Carolina State University, and B.Arch. from Tamkang University in Taiwan. He has taught courses and designed studios in the field of representation and theory.
