Introduction

The course wants to provide basic knowledge relevant to the water engineering and environmental sciences.

The course activities provide both class lectures on the principle of Water supply and sanitation, laboratory activities on water quality and water distribution operation and maintenance, field activities on real systems and treatment plants, allowing the students to practically experience the theoretical knowledge.

The professors and the lecturers will come from the Universities and from professional expertise. After a final verification test, the activities of the winter school lead to the acquisition of 2 ECTS that can be recognized for the academic study.

Lectures will be held in English.
