Dr. Nor Azlina Abu Bakar is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Design and Architecture, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

She graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Penang in BSc. (Hons) Housing, Building and Planning (Town and Country Planning) in 2005

and received her Masters of Science in Tourism Development also from USM in 2006.

She then received her PhD degree in Geography at the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada in 2015.

Following her Masters graduation in 2006, Dr. Nor Azlina worked in Jabatan Warisan Negara where she was involved in various building conservation projects in the Southern part of Malaysia, namely Negeri Sembilan, Malacca and Johor.

She joined UPM in 2008 as a tutor and was promoted to a senior

lecturer position in 2015.
